Extreme Weekend

The Extreme Dirty Weekend will be hitting Brighton Seafront on May bank holiday weekend, the 26th – 27th of May. This year the event is doubling in size and will be the biggest action sports and music festival to ever happen on the South Coast.

Pete King will be there with his mammoth Vauxhall Vert Ramp, the largest portable ramp in Europe. Riders to be attending so far include Andy Scott, Pete King, Sam Beckett, Paul-luc Ronchetti, Sean Goff and Death team riders; as well as BMXers Zack Shaw and Jon Taylor guaranteeing a heavy session by the best skateboarders and BMXers in the UK.

The good news continues as all this be filmed by Extreme Sports Channel, so you’ll be able to watch it again on TV. There will also be ‘New Blood’ auditions too, so if you think you can make it as a presenter come on down and show your skills. Besides all that, there will be a load of top underground DJ’s and artists such as JFB, Beardyman, Buckwilde and Ed Solo. There will also be a retail village which will see a variety of traders selling quality goods at amazing prices.

The event is FREE and will run from 11am – 7pm on Saturday and Sunday and will be followed by an after party each night at venues TBC. This ground-breaking event is one not to be missed and for those of you who didn’t make it down last year, make sure you get down there in 2007 or risk missing out on one of the best events in the UK this Summer.
